Agreement

By using HumanSeal, you agree to these terms. If you submit a company listing, you represent that you are authorized to speak for that organization and that your answers are honest to the best of your knowledge.

Listed (free) tier

Listed profiles are based on self-assessment. HumanSeal may approve, reject, or deactivate listings that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading.

A Listed badge means the company reported their answers — not that HumanSeal independently verified every claim.

Checked (paid) tier

Checked requires an active annual subscription (or founding promotional pricing while offered), uploaded evidence, and HumanSeal approval.

If your subscription lapses, your public profile may revert to Listed until renewed.

Refunds are handled case by case for billing errors; misrepresentation may result in tier removal without refund.

Acceptable use

• No impersonation of other companies
• No malware or script content in uploads
• No spam or automated bulk submissions
• No false evidence or deliberate mismatch with your assessment

Changes

We may update these terms or the methodology. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
