HumanSeal started from a simple question: as companies adopt AI, how do we make it easy to be honest about who still does the work — and give brands something shareable that peers and customers can look up?

What we believe
- People lead. AI supports. Tools that help workers are good. Replacing human roles without transparency is not.
- Honest tiers. Listed means the company reported. Checked means we reviewed their files. We do not blur those lines.
- Public by default. The badge only matters if anyone can verify the same profile you share on LinkedIn or your site.
Recovery Index
Companies that admit automation and publish a retraining or recovery plan can earn recognition separate from their score. That story — honesty about change — is often more important than a perfect number.
