Who we are
HumanSeal (https://humanseal.xyz) publishes the Human Involvement Index (HII) — a public registry where companies can list how much human work still drives their operations.
Information we collect
- Assessment answers and company profile you submit
- Work email for verification and company portal access
- Evidence files if you upgrade to Checked
- Certificate page views (aggregated analytics for listed brands)
- Technical logs (IP, browser) for security and abuse prevention
How we use information
- Publish your public certificate and registry listing after review
- Review evidence for Checked tier
- Send transactional email (verification, approval, portal links)
- Prevent spam and impersonation
- Improve the service
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use service providers (hosting, email, payments) under standard processor terms. Payment card data is handled by Stripe.
Public certificate pages are indexable unless we mark a listing inactive.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of non-public data by contacting us. Public listings can be deactivated on request.
